Sora is geometric and slightly cool, which makes it good at labels and poor at long reading. Manrope is humanist with open apertures and a tall x height, which is what a person needs at six in the morning. The line between them never moves.

Rule
Scripture is set in Manrope, not in a serif. A serif would have been the conventional choice for a Bible, but the brand standard is fixed, and the reading comfort comes from measure, leading and ink weight rather than from serifs.
Eighteen roles. A component asks for a role, never for a family, a size or a weight. Every row below is rendered from the token file rather than transcribed.

The Lectern scale tops out at 40px because it is a phone scale. Three fluid steps interpolate between existing token steps with clamp. They compose tokens; they do not introduce values.
