Community
Somewhere to say the thing out loud
Most people carrying something heavy do not want an audience. They want two or three people who will actually pray. This is built for those two or three first, and for everyone else second.

How a request travels
Nothing becomes public by accident
It starts in your journal
Every request begins private. Nothing you write is visible to anyone until you decide it should be.You choose who sees it
A group you trust, everyone, or nobody. Sharing is a separate and deliberate step, never a default and never a setting you have to go hunting for.
People pray
They can say so without writing a paragraph, because most people want to pray for you rather than reply to you.You mark it answered
And it moves. A wall of unanswered need is an honest picture of a bad week and a dishonest picture of a life.

Moderation
Written down before anyone could be hurt by its absence
The community standards, the twenty one categories a moderator works from, and the handbook they follow were finished before a single line of the app was written.
That order is deliberate. A moderation policy written after the first incident is a policy written by the incident.
- People under eighteen get stricter defaults that a stranger cannot talk them out of.
- Reporting and blocking are in reach from every surface where another person can appear.
- A request that suggests someone is in danger routes to help rather than into a moderation queue.
- Administrators reach personal content only through a logged path, with a reason recorded.
If you are in trouble
Help does not sit behind a conversation

There is a permanent Get help entry point, two taps from anywhere in the app, with verified local resources stored on the device. It works with no signal, and it does not require you to type the thing you are most afraid to say to anyone.
Afterwards
For a fortnight after a conversation that touches on safety, the app goes quiet. At most one gentle message a week, and no cheerful copy and no streak reminders at all. Nothing about that conversation is stored in order to make it happen.
Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.
